SLAVIOR Continuing To Write New Material

November 6, 2007

SLAVIOR/ex-FATES WARNING drummer Mark Zonder has issued the following update:

"SLAVIOR has been continuing to write for the next album. Things are going well and it seems as the writing is very cohesive and focused. The new material has a bit more edge to it as we continue to focus on strong vocal oriented songs.

"Philip [Bynoe; bass] is in South America with STEVE VAI and will finish up the last two songs when he gets back.

"I have been doing recording projects for other people and find it fun. I enjoy the challenge. Some tracks have had specific directions, while others let me run wild. I just did a version of 'Nights In White Satin' (THE MOODY BLUES) that is very cool. Michael Sadler of SAGA fame is doing the vocals. What a great singer.

"I am still accepting projects and can be contacted at [email protected]."
